Self-discovery and healing is a journey – and you don’t have to take it alone. With a focus on somatic, relational and trauma-informed support, Intrinsic welcomes you into connection at both our Downtown and Quarry Park locations in Calgary.

*Sessions are $220 per 50 minutes. Payment is made after each session and payable by credit card, or etransfer. We do not offer direct billing, however, we do provide receipts after each session payment should you have benefits and are looking to get reimbursed. Our practice requires 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, otherwise you are still responsible for paying the full session fee. Sessions are currently being offered over the phone, via a secure video platform, or in-person, depending on your preference. Also, Intrinsic currently only provides services for individuals 18 years of age and older.
