Discovering Your Inner Compass
At Intrinsic Therapy, we believe that psychological assessment should be a transformative experience—one that not only clarifies but empowers. Rooted in evidence-based practices and current psychological research, our assessments are designed to help you better understand yourself in meaningful and practical ways.
Rather than focusing solely on diagnosis, Dr. May’s approach invites you into a deeper exploration of who you are. Through a series of thoughtfully paced appointments, she guides you through a comprehensive process that examines your core values, signature strengths, personality traits, and cognitive abilities. This journey is more than just data collection—it’s an opportunity to reconnect with your authentic self.
Whether you are seeking clarity around a diagnosis, exploring new vocational directions, or striving to live a more aligned and fulfilling life, Dr. May offers insight that supports your growth. The ultimate goal is to help you walk away not just with answers, but with a clear, cohesive narrative that honours your complexity and potential.
At the final session, you will receive a personalized, comprehensive psychological report—an empowering tool that you and Dr. May will review together. This report is designed not only to inform, but to inspire. It’s your story—reflected back with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
